Buff Beauty Academy Easter Nail Camp – Terms & Conditions

By registering and submitting payment for the Buff Beauty Academy Easter Nail Camp, the parent or legal guardian agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Registration and Payment Policy

All payments made for the Buff Beauty Academy Easter Nail Camp are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Registration secures a reserved seat for the student, and therefore payments cannot be refunded, transferred to another individual, or applied to another program, class, or future date.

Buff Beauty Academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations if necessary to maintain a safe and productive learning environment.

2. Attendance and Arrival Policy

Camp activities begin promptly at 10:00 AM each day.

Students are expected to arrive on time so that instruction can begin promptly.

Students arriving more than 10 minutes late may miss instructional activities that cannot be repeated.

Repeated tardiness may impact the student’s ability to participate fully in scheduled camp activities.

3. Pickup Policy and Late Fees

Camp concludes at 5:00 PM each day.

Parents or guardians are responsible for picking up their child on time.

A late pickup fee of $1 per minute will be charged for any student picked up after 5:00 PM.

Late pickup fees must be paid before the student may return the following day in Cash or via Peer to Peer Payment.

4. Health, Safety, and Liability Release

Participation in the Easter Nail Camp involves hands-on activities and the use of nail products and tools appropriate for supervised educational use.

By registering, the parent or legal guardian agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Buff Beauty Academy, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any liability related to illness, sickness, allergic reaction, injury, or unforeseen circumstances that may occur before, during, or after participation in camp activities.

Participation is voluntary and parents assume responsibility for their child’s participation.

5. Allergies and Medical Information

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for informing Buff Beauty Academy of any food allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or other health concerns that may impact the student’s participation.

Buff Beauty Academy cannot be responsible for medical conditions or allergies that are not disclosed prior to the start of camp.

If a student requires medication or has specific health concerns, parents must provide written instructions prior to participation.

 

6. Student Conduct

Buff Beauty Academy is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment for all students.

Students are expected to follow instructor directions and behave respectfully toward staff and other participants.

Buff Beauty Academy reserves the right to remove a student from the program if behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or prevents other students from participating in the learning environment.

Students dismissed for behavioral reasons will not receive a refund.

 

7. Personal Property

Students are responsible for their personal belongings.

Buff Beauty Academy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to camp.

Parents are encouraged to send students with only necessary personal items.

 

8. Photo and Media Release

By registering for Easter Nail Camp, the parent or legal guardian grants permission for Buff Beauty Academy to photograph or record the student during camp activities.

These photos or videos may be used for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes including:

• Buff Beauty Academy website
• social media platforms
• promotional materials
• advertisements for future programs

No personal identifying information such as last names, addresses, or contact information will be publicly shared.

Parents who prefer their child not appear in photos or videos must notify Buff Beauty Academy in writing prior to the start of camp.

 

9. Program Changes or Cancellation

Buff Beauty Academy reserves the right to modify the camp schedule, activities, instructors, or structure if necessary to maintain program quality or safety.

In the event that camp must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, Buff Beauty Academy may provide a credit toward a future program.

 

10. Agreement

By completing registration and submitting payment, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and consent to their child’s participation in the Buff Beauty Academy Easter Nail Camp. Parents or legal guardians must provide a valid emergency contact phone number that can be reached during camp hours.

In the event of illness, injury, or emergency, Buff Beauty Academy staff will make reasonable efforts to contact the parent or emergency contact listed on the registration form.

If a parent or guardian cannot be reached and medical attention is required, the parent or guardian authorizes Buff Beauty Academy staff to seek appropriate medical care for the student.

The parent or guardian agrees to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of such care.

 

12. Authorized Pickup

Only individuals listed on the registration form as authorized pickup contacts may pick up the student.

Buff Beauty Academy reserves the right to request identification before releasing a student to an authorized individual.
